We offer free shipping all over India.

We provide safe and secure credit, debit and Internet banking options for Visa and MasterCard holders.

We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only in Mumbai at an additional cost of Rs. 200/-

Once your order is confirmed your MUBO’s will be delivered to you between 7-10 working days depending on your location. You will be updated once your product has been shipped out. Please provide us 24-48 hours to process & dispatch your order. The shipping time for out of stock products will however be longer & we will keep you posted about the approximate delivery time. These delivery times are subject to location & distance.

Please Note – During festivals/National Holidays or adverse weather conditions your shipment could be delayed. We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will help you track your package through our partner courier service.

In case your address is out of service area for them we will contact you to find an alternative solution to make sure your MUBO’s reach your destination.

We, at Mubo, create shoes with utmost love and care specially for the comfort of your feet. However if you are unsure & want to exchange your pair then please email us at info@muboshoes.com or whatsapp us on +91-9820395966 within 24 hours of the product being delivered to you. Your product can be exchanged for another size or style based on what is available in stock.

The shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.

You can return your pair to the following address –
MUBO Shoes, 152, 15th Floor, Kshitij Building, Nepeansea Road, Mumbai – 400036 within one week. Please ensure that the shoes are unused & sent in its original packaging. Once we receive your return there will be a thorough quality check. After which your pair will be exchanged. If any returned items do not meet the above-mentioned conditions then the product will be returned back to you at your expense. Those that meet the conditions will be able to exchange it.

Please mention the desired size or style you are interested in when you put in an exchange request via email or whatsapp. If the size is unavailable you can opt for a credit note!

As a company policy, we do not provide refund on any product/s sold. Once Mubo’s are sold they can ONLY be exchanged for replacement or a credit note.

Muboshoes.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be processed without any delay.
