1. What is MUBO’s exchange policy?
Product/s can be exchanged within 10 days as long as the products are unused & are returned in the original packaging. Once we receive the product/s a QC will be done by our team to check the product after which we will dispatch the replaced product or provide a credit note as chosen by you.

Please Note – SALE period product/s cannot be exchanged.
As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product/s sold. Once Mubo’s are sold they can ONLY be exchanged for replacement or a credit note.
