1. What is MUBO’s exchange policy?

Product/s can be exchanged within 10 days as long as the products are unused & are returned in the original packaging. Once we receive the product/s a QC will be done by our team to check the product after which we will dispatch the replaced product or provide a credit note as chosen by you.

Please Note – SALE period product/s cannot be exchanged.

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product/s sold. Once Mubo’s are sold they can ONLY be exchanged for replacement or a credit note.

2. Does MUBO accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

We accept COD only in Mumbai currently at an additional cost of Rs. 200/-. However we are working on providing a COD option all over India too.

For orders that need to be delivered out of Mumbai the mode of payment is either Paytm or Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking.

3. What is my shoe size?

4. Does MUBO have international shipping?

We do not ship internationally at the moment. However we are working on changing this.

5. Are there any delivery charges?

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders. COD orders are at an additional charge of Rs. 200/- (in Mumbai only)

6. How long does it take to process an order?

In stock items are dispatched within 48 hours. Out of stock items/sizes would take longer & you will be updated by us about the approximate delivery timeline.
